A booking is confirmed once the stated deposit is received and written confirmation is issued. Supplier availability and rates may change until confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Any applicable charges are communicated in your proposal. Where suppliers provide refunds, these are passed on after applicable deductions and processing time.
